Classes
Kripalu Yoga
In Kripalu Yoga, postures, breath awareness and mindfulness are integrated. The mindful awareness of one's experience, without judgment, encourages compassionate self-acceptance on and off the mat. Each class is a creative asana (posture) sequence designed to restore the body to its natural state of alignment and balance. Classes range from gentle to vigorous.

Embodyoga
Embodyoga™ (Embody . yoga) is a dynamic blend of the established Somatic principles of alignment with Hatha Yoga. This method gives integrity to Yoga postures and promotes efficient movement and relaxed vitality. There is a depth and beauty in one's practice that is evident to the eye and felt profoundly by the practitioner. These classes are both vigorous and reflective.

Yoga and Meditation
A centering class, with a relaxed and focused Embodyoga™ practice which begins with 15 minutes of meditation including instruction.

Restorative Yoga
This is a deeply relaxing, candle-lit class that uses quiet, restful postures supported by bolsters, pillows and blankets. The cushioned, supported poses encourage deep states of relaxation, meditative calm, and healing. This class is excellent for releaving stress and anxiety.

Anusara Yoga
The Sanskrit word Anusara means "flowing with grace". Through our yoga practice, we learn to open our hearts and minds to the light of our divine nature. This class emphasizes optimal alignment, heart opening philosophy, and connection to a larger spirit that unites and flows through all of us.

Fees: Drop in $13.00 per individual class.

Class Series: $11.00 per class multiplied by the number of weeks in a series. Series run 8 to 10 weeks.

Multiple Class Series: 2+ classes per week in a series - $10.00 off each class series.
