Our Classes:
Our classes run by series, but you are welcome to drop in at any time. To refer to which class or classes are right for you, go to
Classes and
Our Teachers. To refer to registering for a series, go to the
Schedule page. We would be delighted to assist you, so please call if you would like help. We also encourage you to attend a variety of classes so that you can select a class and teacher based on your direct experience.
Getting Started:
Once you have selected a class, plan to arrive at the studio 10 minutes before the class to meet the teacher and get settled into the space. There is no need to pre-register.
How Often to Attend:
How often to attend depends on your personal schedule and what you want from your yoga practice. Two classes a week is an excellent way to begin. The benefits will grow steadily. More or less then two classes is also fine.
Details:
- Come with loose comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. You can change
at the Studio.
- Please do not wear cologne or perfume.
- It is best not to eat right before class.
- We have yoga props, including mats, blocks, straps and blankets available for
you to use while you are at the Studio.
- Plan to arrive a little early so that you can settle in without feeling rushed.
